Dr. Pugh has been practicing advanced dentistry with a conservative approach for over 15 years and is known for her Kentucky hospitality. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky in 1994. After building a successful dental practice in her hometown, she decided to sell to her associate and relocate to a warm climate 2003.
Dr. Pugh is first and foremost, a gentle caring dentist who uses the most advanced techniques and materials in modern dentistry. She places great emphasis on getting to know you, the patient, carefully listening to your concerns and then explaining in detail what procedures would best suit your needs. Dr. Pugh is about bringing honesty, trustworthiness and hometown values to her dentistry. She is about taking care of your family as she wants her own family taken care of, which means you will get the personalized care and time with the dentist that you deserve. Dr. Pugh knows that she’s doing more than just creating beautiful, healthy smiles, she’s also building a trusting relationship.
Dr. Pugh has a diverse background, including serving the under-privileged of eastern Kentucky, private practice ownership, Associate Professor at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, and attended the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. She is the founder and President of the
Pugh Dental Alliance, an organization that helps other private practice dentists implement the same quality management and cost reduction processes that has helped her practices excel. Her goal is to provide state-of-the-art dental care while making a positive contribution to her community.
